This privacy policy gives you information about how Suffrago Limited collects and uses your personal data through your use of this website including any data you may provide when you register for an account with us.

This website and associated services are not intended for use by children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children. The minimum age of use for this platform as outlined in our terms of service is the age of majority for the country in which you reside. By accessing the Suffrago platform you confirm that you are of legal age to access the platform.

CONTROLLER

Identity and Contact Data may be collected from publicly available sources such as Companies House and the Electoral Register based inside the UK.

DIRECT MARKETING

In the account settings section of our website where your personal data is able to be amended you will be asked to indicate your preferences for receiving direct marketing communications from Suffrago Limited via E-Mail. You will receive marketing communications from us if you have requested information from us or purchased goods or services from us and you have not opted out of receiving the marketing.

OPTING OUT OF MARKETING

You can ask to stop receiving marketing communications at any time by logging into the website and checking or unchecking relevant boxes to adjust your marketing preferences.

If you opt out of receiving marketing communications you will still receive service-related communications that are essential for administrative or customer service purposes.

The only cookies that Suffrago places on your device are for essential services such as identifying who you are, signing you into the platform, and maintaining your active session.
